School Visits by author Terri Luneau
Program Details

• Terri will send you flyers to give to each teacher involved in the program and book order forms to give to each student.
• About a week before the visit, you will need to send (email is fine) the total number of books ordered.
• For the day of the visit, you will need to have an area available that will accomodate all the students expected. Terri will need a screen to project onto - she will bring a laptop computer and can bring a projector if you do not have one.
• You will need to schedule the times for each class or group to visit.

• Terri will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the first scheduled program
• One staff member at the school should be available to help her set up, and she will need a table to display items
• The program for each group will last 30-45 minutes depending upon the grade level
• Students will be encouraged to answer questions and to ask questions
• Younger students will receive a Big Woods Bird sticker and a coloring sheet
• All teachers will receive an Ivory-bill poster for the classroom
• Terri will sign all purchased books and will pose for group pictures with classes
